Refund policy

At Viccap, we want every order to feel right the moment it arrives. If something isn’t perfect, you have a simple, transparent way to return it.


Return Eligibility (30 Days)

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must include original packaging (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We do not charge any restocking fees, and all eligible items can be returned.


Free Returns

All approved returns come with free return shipping.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item back. You will not need to pay return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately.

We will:

  • Prioritize your request

  • Offer a replacement or full refund

  • Cover all return-related costs (if a return is required)


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically issued within 14 business days after approval

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges depending on product availability.

If you want a different item:

  • Return the original item first (free return shipping included)

  • Place a new order or request an exchange (if stock allows)


Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery

  • The return is requested after 30 days

  • The item is not in its original condition without valid reason


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process after delivery.
