Once you place an order with Viccap, we make it easy for you to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.


📦 When Will I Get Tracking Information?

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Shipping carrier details

  • A direct tracking link

This is usually sent within 1–2 business days after purchase.


🔍 How to Track Your Order

To track your order:

  1. Open the shipping confirmation email

  2. Click the tracking link provided

  3. Or enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website

You will be able to see real-time updates on your shipment status.


🚚 Tracking Updates

Your tracking information may include stages such as:

  • Order confirmed

  • Shipped

  • In transit

  • Out for delivery

  • Delivered

Updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipping.


⏳ My Tracking Isn’t Updating

If your tracking hasn’t updated:

  • Wait up to 48 hours (sometimes carriers delay updates)

  • Check again later, especially during weekends or holidays

  • Contact us if it remains unchanged for an extended period

We will assist you in resolving any issue.


📍 Lost or Stuck Packages

If your order appears delayed or stuck:

  • First, review the tracking information

  • Then contact the shipping carrier

  • If needed, reach out to us for support
